I wanted to make something pop on this black paper I was gifted, so I decided on something bright and vibrant like bubbles. I wanted to make them sparkly, so I used white paint. I looked at pictures of bubbles and just had fun filling up this page. Done with white acrylic paint, a white gel pen, Prismacolor pencils, and black watercolor paper.
